My kids can spend days on YouTube, SnapChat, Discord, Reddit and WhatsApp (I’ve banned them from TikTok, we only give away our data for western companies to abuse…).
I can add to that LinkedIn, facebook, instagram, twitter, podcasts, radio, online media, stuff on paper and the soon-to-be-extinct flow-TV.
On top, my wife adds some WeChat.
We all have, in this house, our preferred sources of news, information, and knowledge.
So do all of your employees and colleagues!
And it’s not necessarily a town-hall meeting and an intranet page.
In your approach to change initiatives, remember to consider: who, where, and how you communicate best to your target audience.
